A mentorship program for Young Mothers/ Teen Mothers
This program walks you through:
– Healing from shame and past wounds (1 counseling session included)
– Discovering your identity and purpose
– Building resilience for life’s challenges
– Navigating relationships with healthy boundaries
-Planning a practical way forward (1 coaching session included)
Includes
– 4 x 60-90 minute group sessions (virtual).
– 1 x 45-60 minute 1:1 counseling session.
– 1 x 45-60 minute 1:1 coaching session.
-The Digital Toolkit (The “Take Home” Value)
– Journal Prompts for each week to encourage reflection between sessions.
– Audio Recordings: 3-5 minute guided prayers/meditations/grounding exercises they can listen to when overwhelmed.
The Community (The “You Are Not Alone” Factor)
– A private WhatsApp Group or Facebook Group for the cohort.
